Injustice 2 now stands as one of, if not the best fighters to release this year, and it is continuing its stranglehold on the competition by releasing more and more new fighters.

One of the most disliked characters coming soon in the game is Raiden.

For now, there's no official release date yet for this pack or the first character, Black Manta is confirmed to be the first roster addition sometime in September. The second character is Aquaman nemesis Black Manta. But the expansion's inclusion of Mike Mignola's Hellboy was a welcome surprise. Additionally, characters who don't make it into the game as their own character have a chance to appear as skins for other characters, featuring unique voices and dialogue. They did not list a price, but the first Fighter Pack is priced at $20 Dollars, so it should be around the same price.

Injustice 2 offers the latest DC fighting game experience that expands on the previous title's larger-than-life showdowns. As for Black Manta, it'll be interesting to see how his moveset is.

With all the hype surrounding the upcoming Hellboy revamp, seeing the red monkey enter the arena is any fanboy's dream come true.

Fans of Injustice 2 have been speculating Hellboy's entry for quite awhile now; months before the game's release in November 2016, game director Ed Boon tweeted out a poll asking for the best "non-MK" (Mortal Kombat) guest characters for Injustice 2.

Now, some of you might wonder why Hellboy is even in Injustice 2, as he belongs to Dark Horse Comics and not DC. From one of the silhouettes, it looks like The Atom may be coming to our screens.
