Police arrested Cosmo DiNardo on stolen property charges, as the 20-year-old suspect tried to sell Meo's auto to a friend.

NBC Philadelphia reported that police are investigating whether a 20-year-old who was arrested Monday on gun charges from February is connected to the incident, though he is not now considered a suspect.

Authorities had charged DiNardo earlier this year with having a gun despite an involuntary mental health commitment.

DiNardo, who the court heard is schizophrenic, is being held on $5 million bail after his second arrest.

He was one of four missing people that authorities are searching for.

Authorities say the search is intensifying on a sprawling farm for four missing men in Pennsylvania. DeNardo attempted to sell the vehicle on July 9, one day after Meow a last seen.

"This is a homicide, make no mistake about it", Weintraub said.

It is now unclear how, if at all, the four men knew DiNArdo. "In exchange for that confession, Mr Dinardo was promised by the district attorney that he will spare his life by not invoking the death penalty", Mr Lang said.

The suspect who confessed to murdering four young men in Pennsylvania killed each one of them separately - and then burned their bodies at his family's farm - after selling them some marijuana, a police source says.

The area had been in the grips of panic after four men disappeared in the span of three days last week. He was named a person of interest in the disappearances the next day, but he was released from custody after he posted a $1 million bail, 10 percent of which was paid in cash.

Cadaver dogs led investigators this week to the spot on the family farm where they discovered human remains inside a 3.7-metre deep common grave. Four of the bodies were identified as Dean A. Finocchiaro, 18, Jimi Tar Patrick, 19, Mark Sturgis, 22, and Tom Meo, 21.

"I can't say that there is that type of information, but if there is, I beg of you to please give it to us and let us run it down", he said.

Newtown Township, Plumstead Township, Middletown Township Police and state police are all involved in the joint investigation, Bucks County Assistant District Attorney Gregg Shore told ABC Philadelphia station WPVI-TV.

The body found today was that of 19-year-old Dean Finocchiaro.

The family of DiNardo, 20, of Bensalem, owns both Solebury properties that have been searched thus far.
