Cadaver dogs led authorities to a 12.5-foot-deep common grave. "Make no doubt about it", Bucks County District Attorney Matthew Weintraub said at an overnight news conference.

Police allege Meo's "diabetic kit" was found in his vehicle, which investigators discovered in a garage on the DiNardo farm. Patrick, who attended a Catholic high school for boys with the man authorities consider a suspect, was last seen last Wednesday (Thursday NZT), while the other three vanished on Friday (Saturday NZT).

He graduated from Holy Ghost Preparatory High School in Bensalem past year, his bio reads.

4 missing "boys" have added up to a big mystery in Pennsylvania, but Bucks County authorities are pursuing all leads and investigators now say they have identified a man as "person of interest" in the case.

Police have also still not released a possible motive for the killings, however a friend of DiNardo's who spoke to CBS Philadelphia on a condition of anonymity, claimed that the 20-year-old was never known to be violent. On June 21, an assistant district attorney, Megan B. Brooks, told Officer Katherine Bailey of the Bensalem Police Department to "reinstate and refile" the second-degree felony charge.

Police sources, on the other hand, claim that DiNardo has previously exhibited violent tendencies, and has not been cooperating with the investigation.

While the search intensified, Dinardo was arrested and accused of stealing and attempting to sell Meo's 1996 Nissan Maxima.

The court has to also consider the question whether the appeals would have to be heard by an 11-judge Bench of the Supreme Court. The petitioners had alleged that collection of personal details like finger prints and iris scan violated the right to privacy.

DiNardo, 20, was first arrested Monday and held on $1 million bail on an unrelated gun charge before his father paid $100,000 to bail him out Tuesday.

Cosmo DiNardo was being held on $5 million cash bail after he was charged with trying to sell one of the victims' cars.

"We have people combing the entire county working on this case and the amount of manpower that we've deployed just at this property is mind-boggling", Weiintraub said. The others went missing on July 7.

Jimi Patrick, Tom Meo and Mark Sturgis still have yet to be found. The charge stems from accusations that DiNardo was caught with a shotgun and ammunition in February despite a prior mental health commitment.

Authorities now believe the remains of the missing three other men are imminent....

The FBI has lent "invaluable assistance" to the investigation, Weintraub said. Sturgis and Meo worked together at Sturgis's father's construction business, and Finocchiaro was said to have been a mutual friend of the two, according to the Philadelphia Inquirer.

Weintraub said Thursday he does know more about the relationships among the men but can't share more information because he needs to "maintain the integrity of the investigation". "We're committed to seeing this through to the end, regardless of what it's going to take".
