A Utah husband and wife celebrating their 25th wedding anniversary are among the victims of Wednesday's terror attack near the U.K.'s Parliament in London, PEOPLE confirms.

The latest victim who died, a 75-year-old man, had his life support withdrawn on Thursday evening.

His wife Melissa was also injured during the attack, and is now in hospital recovering from a broken leg and rib. The suspect went on to fatally stab a police officer.

The three people killed in the London terror attack were a veteran policeman, a teacher and an American tourist. His wife was thrown to the ground with a broken leg and broken rib, bleeding heavily from a cut on her head.

This week was supposed to be a chance to celebrate their anniversary, as well as a chance for Kurt and Melissa Cochran to visit Melissa's parents, who work on a Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints mission in England. "We will miss Kurt beyond words".

"Kurt was a good man and a loving husband", Payne said.
