RB Christine Michael re-signs with Packers

Michael also posted several pictures wearing a Packers jersey on Instagram Wednesday.

Running back Christian Michael is returning to the Green Bay Packers.

The Packers signed him off of waivers in the middle of last season from the Seattle Seahawks, and he played nine games for Green Bay scoring one touchdown.

The former second-round pick has rushed for 1,080 yards and seven touchdowns on 254 carries during stints with Seattle, Dallas and Green Bay over his first four National Football League seasons. Even with his addition, he finished sixth on the Packers in rushing last season.
