Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 gets its first leaked photo

Posted February 16, 2017

Apparently, the Galaxy Tab S3 camera will be an 8 MP one (the back one), while the front one will only offer 2 MP.

In addition to the S Pen accessory, Samsung has also been rumored to release a keyboard accessory but we feel that this keyboard is going to be sold separately, following the pattern of other manufacturers.

The arrival of the Galaxy Tab S3, if the rumored specs and features do pan out, will be an important one for the Android tablet market.

The Galaxy S7 is now the latest smartphone from Samsung and it's one of the best devices that is still somewhat small. The Samsung Galaxy S6 with model number SM-G920V has already received Wi-Fi Alliance certification and the Galaxy Note 5 has also been spotted running Android 7.0 Nougat operating system on benchmarking site GFXBench, giving a hint that the arrival of the new OS may not be far off. It would likely support a resolution of 2048 x 1536 pixels. At the time it was unclear if it was the Galaxy Tab S3, the Galaxy S8, or some other device the company was prepared to launch.

"The rumor says there will not be two different size variants, and that we should expect it to only be launched in a 9.7" model. Consumers would be hoping that the Galaxy Tab S3 will also be sleek and light weight.

There were lots of rumors concerning the processor and the RAM that would be included on the tablet, but a leak we got in January suggested that we will see 3GB RAM.

The Galaxy Tab S2 did not offer S Pen support and the inclusion of the stylus will be a welcome addition.

There's also a possibility that Samsung's next flagship would carry a feature on the lines of Windows Continuum wherein users would be able to connect their phones to a monitor (via a dock) for additional functionally.

Whether the Galaxy Tab S3 will be able to replicate the success of its predecessor remains to be seen.
