Petraeus, Kellogg, Harward: Here Are Possible Flynn Replacements for Trump's Security Adviser

Lt. Gen. Keith Kellogg, who had previously been appointed the National Security Council Chief of staff, is the brother of Jeff Kellogg, a former city councilman and current member of the Long Beach City College Board of Trustees.

He also went on to command the 82nd Airborne Division, which is, according to The Nation, known as the world's largest army parachute division. Kellogg held very prominent positions at each one of the contracting companies and seemingly continued his work in the private sector up until he began advising the Trump administration.
